* Ensure all tax advice and project deliverables meet professional and regulatory standards
Requirements
* Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent
* Significant experience in corporate tax, with a focus on M&A transactions
* Proven track record in managing complex tax projects and transactions
