Project Manager Job Description
The role of a Project Manager is critical in delivering Turnkey Data Centre Solutions. The position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages to ensure timely completion.
* Ensure site safety by working with safety personnel.
* Manage site quality assurance (QA) in conjunction with the Projects team.
* Collaborate with planners, project managers, sub-contractors, and consulting engineers/architects to deliver projects on time.
* Track project costs with the support of QS's.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including sub-contractor activities.
* Document site activities and attend regular meetings.
* Closure of all project items, including final accounts, punch lists, safety & QA files, material relocation, and project planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
* At least 7 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale projects.
* Experience in scheduling, planning, sequencing, and delivering data centre solutions.
