Job Title: Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced contracts manager to coordinate multiple projects, manage teams and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Plan and deliver projects within budget and agreed timeframes. Cost scope of work, read and understand structural engineers' plans, write method statements. Manage 15-20 active projects across the region, prioritising resources effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. [4-6 years] experience in a contracts management or similar role within construction/remediation or related industries.
Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong people management skills with ability to influence/coach teams.
