Vacancy: Receptionist/ Office Administrator
We are seeking a Receptionist /Office Administrator who is looking to take a move into a truly fulfilling dynamic industry. We have a brilliant opportunity due to growth in our business. Currently hiring a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team with flexible working arrangements.
Duties:
* Meeting & greeting trainees, customers & clients
* Operation of switchboard
* Preparation of training rooms
* Customer service
* General office duties
* Administration support
* Support to the Sales team
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' office/reception experience
* Strong people and communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Highly-motivated, confident, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic
* Proficient user of Microsoft Apps – i.e., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
* General flexibility is required with a good all-round business acumen.
