Establish a strong leadership presence in our vibrant hotel as a Duty Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of key functions and ensure exceptional customer experiences. They will work closely with department managers to provide operational support and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or golf club environment.
* Outstanding communication, leadership, customer service, organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to support all areas of the property to deliver top-notch customer service care.
* A flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
