Required Skills & Qualifications
1. A minimum 1-2 years' experience managing teams within a similar environment;
Excellent leadership skills;
Effective communication & interpersonal abilities (Team member relations) & natural problem-solving techniques; Superior customer service orientation (Responsiveness); Strong knowledge of key operating procedures/processes (e.g., Team management processes); Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement using business metrics data ; Good record keeping practices / time management capabilities are essential for success .
