Parker Stewart is working exclusively with a leading equipment company who is urgently seeking an experienced sales executive for the Munster region.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Munster region.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Sleator Plant and promote products.
Participate in professional development and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
