About the Job
This role will report to the board and will be fully responsible for the development and delivery of the HR agenda.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR processes and procedures in line with Irish Employment Law.
* Manage HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, reward management, L&D etc.
* Maintain physical and digital personnel records and update databases with new hire information.
* Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with the pay schedule.
* Management of the recruitment delivery strategy.
* Provide support and advice on all Employee Relations and Industrial Relations issues.
* Support the implementation of new HR initiatives across the business.
* Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
* Promote a positive and inclusive culture.
Operations Duties
* Liaise with third-party suppliers such as facilities (cleaning and maintenance) suppliers and contractors.
* Responsible for the development and implementation of health and safety regulations.
* Manager operations budget.
* Management of security risk assessments.
Requirements
* 3rd level qualification in HR or Business related area.
* 3-5yrs experience at Management level.
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
* A second European Language.
* Strong presentation skill.
* Proven ability to work on your own initiative.
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
