This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, focused and career driven professional Hair Stylist who can build a loyal clientele base, maintain a busy column, and improve performance on an ongoing basis.
The salon specialises in Aveda & L'Oreal and offers modern and current hair services. Due to remarkable growth, we are now excited to expand the team.
We are recruiting both Stylists and Senior Stylists. Full and part time opportunities. Must have confidence in all aspects of hairdressing. Excellent salary for the right candidate
Requirements
* Over 2 years of experience working in a Salon
* Knowledge/brand training in L'Oréal and Aveda would be ideal, however training can be provided for the ideal candidate.
* Confidently carrying out client consultations.
* Identifying client's hair goals and recommending services and retail products.
* Exceptional customer service – ensuring that all our clients receive the authentic Meche experience.
* Ability to exceed targets and sales goals
Strong client retention - Willingness to build up long lasting relationships with our clientele.
* Ability to work on own initiative and manage own column.
* Ensuring all client information is efficiently kept up to date.
