The Vice President will be a key member of the Foundational Platforms team, part of the wider Transformation office (TO). The team is multi‑skilled and charged with identifying, building, and deploying operational solutions that leverage tools from foundational platforms to emerging technologies. TO plays a crucial role in driving organizational change and achieving successful transformations.

As a core member of our Digitisation team, you will work with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high‑quality work configuration & orchestration solutions that both our clients and business units can depend upon. The Vice President will be a key member of the Digitalisation team and will play an integral role in servicing, onboarding, designing and delivering work configuration & orchestration solutions within the Citco Group. They will work with multiple and diverse stakeholder groups from across business units to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom‑line results for Citco.
Duties In Brief
You will own the execution & timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
Maintain project reporting & project plans used by diverse audiences.
Lead working group meetings for all assigned projects.
Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions; gather requirements and assess feasibility.
Own, review & communicate solution design documents that clearly articulate problem statements, as-is & to-be states, user stories, prototypes & success criteria, business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, RAIDs, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change.
Work with senior stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams / business units.
Own user support & user onboarding; the underlying solution & service improvements analysis & backlog; the team’s service standards.
Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed effectively.
Establish best practices / industry standards while designing solutions.
Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting.
Mentor, coach and develop staff to perform successfully in their current roles and progress their careers.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of technical terminology and concepts, such as platform integrations, and can confidently engage with technical discussions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience.
Able to present solutions to diverse audiences in a consumable format.
Ability to multi‑task and effectively manage competing priorities.
Confident in leading requirements gathering sessions.
Well-versed using Confluence & JIRA to manage projects.
Experience creating process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation and wireframes (prototypes) in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements.
Assets
Significant experience in the Financial Services industry.
Foundational understanding of AI and Intelligent Automation, including where technologies such as AI, machine learning, RPA, and intelligent document processing can be applied to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Business Analysis certified.
Practical application with Business Process Management / Workflow applications.
