We are seeking an experienced General Labourer (Paving Experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with granite, concrete, and various paving materials, delivering high-quality finishes to an excellent standard.
Responsibilities
Follow all company Health & Safety policies and ensure full compliance while carrying out daily tasks.
Use the correct tools, machinery, and equipment required for each job.
Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety boots and protective gear such as helmets, goggles, and respirators when required.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Immediately report any defects or issues with tools, plant, or machinery to your supervisor.
Work safely at all times, avoiding unnecessary risks that could endanger yourself or others.
Remove or eliminate potential hazards on site where possible (e.g., removing protruding nails, securing loose ladders).
Never operate machinery or equipment for tasks it is not intended for, or if you are not properly trained to use it.
Alert colleagues—especially new staff or young workers—of known hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Refrain from unsafe behaviour, including horseplay or dangerous jokes, while on site.
Report any misuse of welfare facilities.
Report all injuries or incidents, even minor ones, to your supervisor.
Report any damage to plant, machinery, or equipment.
Recommend improved and safer working methods where you see opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum age of 18.
Proven experience in paving works, including laying granite, concrete, and other paving materials.
Strong ability to work with precise measurements and deliver high-quality, accurate finishes.
Good knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in paving and stonework.

Pay: €35,400.00-€72,240.42 per year
