Job Title: Modular Home Sales ExecutiveLocation: Wexford, Ireland Office Based PositionEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven, people-focused Modular Home Sales Executive to guide home buyers from first enquiry through to signed contract. You will help clients understand modular homes, pricing, planning, and timelines, and turn warm and inbound leads into happy customers.This role suits someone who is confident speaking about housing, construction or property, loves problem-solving for customers, and is comfortable working to clear targets.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound enquiries (website forms, calls, social media, referrals) and qualify prospects quickly and professionally.Conduct discovery calls to understand each client's budget, site conditions, planning status, and desired home type.Present suitable modular home options (layouts, finishes, upgrades) and explain included and optional features in plain English.Prepare and issue quotations, proposal packs, and follow-up emails with clear next steps.Guide clients through the full sales journey:Initial enquirySite or video consultationDesign and specification discussionDeposit and contractCoordinate and attend site visits where required, taking notes and photos to support technical and design teams.Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, operations) to ensure promises made to customers match what can be delivered.Maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, meetings and deal stages in the CRM.Follow up consistently with warm and "not yet ready" leads to build a strong future pipeline.Educate clients on:Key differences between modular homes, mobile homes and traditional buildsPlanning permission basics in IrelandTypical timelines, utilities, and foundation requirementsRepresent the company at shows, open days, and client events when required.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while protecting margin and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Skills and ExperienceRequired:2+ years experience in salesStrong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.Confident on the phone, video calls and in face-to-face meetings.Comfortable using CRM software, email, and basic office tools.Proven track record of working to targets and managing a sales pipeline.Ability to explain technical or complex information in simple, reassuring language.Full driving licence and ability to travel for site visits within Ireland.Nice to Have (a bonus, not a must):Experience in modular homes, prefab housing, garden rooms or construction sales.Understanding of Irish planning regulations, BER ratings, and energy-efficient building.Familiarity with reading basic floor plans and elevations.Experience selling to homeowners, self-builders, or small developers.Personal QualitiesNaturally consultative and honest - you prefer to advise rather than pressure.Organised and detail focused, able to manage multiple leads at different stages.Positive, resilient, and calm when dealing with complex questions or delays.Strong listener who can uncover real needs and budget, not just surface requests.Team player who shares feedback from the market to help improve products and marketing.What We OfferCompetitive base salary depends on experienceFull product and process training on modular homes, finance, and planning basics.Supportive team environment with marketing and operations backing you.Clear targets, transparent reporting, and opportunities to grow as the company scales.Please forward your CV & Cover Letter to Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€64,490.87 per yearWork Location: In person
