Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Financial Business Partner to support our organization's strategic goals. As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in driving business success through financial insight and analysis.
Your primary focus will be on preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for our group companies. You will also be responsible for consolidating group financial results and delivering insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.
In addition, you will develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the group, supporting group budgeting and forecasting processes, assisting with cash flow planning and ongoing financial modeling, overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, payroll journals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
You will maintain strong internal financial controls and support group risk management policies. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with business managers and department heads, providing meaningful financial insights and decision support. Presenting financial results clearly to senior management and non-financial stakeholders is also an essential part of this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need to identify and implement process efficiencies and system enhancements to improve reporting and controls. You must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar management accounting role, ideally within a group or multi-entity environment.
We require a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) with at least 2+ years of experience in a comparable position. A Stamp 4 or EU Passport is also necessary for this role.
