This is a key role in supporting tendering, procurement, and commercial delivery across high-profile projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare bills of quantities, budgets, take-offs, and tender documentation.Manage sub-contract orders with the Buying Department and relevant managers.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, issuing tenders and expediting returns.Conduct site surveys and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.Support commercial management of contracts, including monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.Maintain accurate estimating systems, databases, and records.Assist with procurement strategy, cost reporting, and preparation of contractual claims.Support Commercial and Engineering teams with cross-functional collaboration.About YouDegree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.5–10 years' experience in a similar Estimating role.Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.Comfortable working across QS, Estimating, and Engineering functions.Proactive, detail-focused, and able to work on your own initiative.What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits package.Healthcare & pension plan.Career progression opportunities across the wider group.Accredited Engineers Ireland CPD Employer.Pathway to SCSI chartership.International travel opportunities.
