We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Lead to oversee the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion of objectives and deliverables.
* Manage relationships with external parties, vendors, contractors, and suppliers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in Manufacturing.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
