We are seeking a Lead Building Services Engineer to join my clients Dublin team. You will lead the design and delivery of major mechanical, electrical, and sustainable building services projects, working across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, and education. Key Projects Youll Be Involved In City Centre Mixed-Use Development €250m landmark commercial and residential scheme. Healthcare Campus Expansion €180m new-build acute care and laboratory facilities. Large-Scale Residential Development €120m high-density, sustainable housing project. Third-Level Education Facility €90m campus building with advanced sustainability targets. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of building services engineering on high-value projects. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes. Drive sustainability and compliance with Irish building regulations. Requirements Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 8 years experience in an Irish consultancy. Chartered Engineer (or progressing towards).
