Job Description
A Principal GMP Auditor is responsible for ensuring auditors have the education, experience and/or training necessary to perform audits. They assist with maintaining and continuously improving the auditor training program.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and performing pre-, during and post-audit activities for assigned audits. Extensive knowledge of USA and EU GxP regulations is required.
1. Maintain professional expertise in audit criteria including company policies, procedures, local and international regulations.
2. Monitor industry trends related to regulatory agency findings.
The role involves leading or participating in department processes to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements. Additionally, they assist management with maintaining the auditor training program as well as overseeing its development.
