Your new role
Your new role involves the following:
You will be responsible for the collection of all outstanding payments within credit term agreements.
You will be responsible for handling all customer account queries and offer resolution within a specific timeframe.
You will reconcile debtor accounts.
You will provide your manager with a debt review as per requested.
You will provide a review of accounts and escalate any problematic accounts.
You will provide your internal stakeholders with aged debt reports and keep an open line of communication on any concerns.
You will attend any debt collection review meetings when requested.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a collections' role. You will be a flute French speaker and have strong communication skills. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail. You will be a team player that is happy to get involved in various projects when required. You will be ambitious and will be able to articulate this in interview.
What you'll get in return
