* We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless execution from initial instruction through to completion.
* The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of probate and estate administration, including the drafting of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and effective management of inheritance tax issues.
Maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory standards is paramount. The selected individual will also have opportunities for professional growth through mentoring junior staff or legal executives as needed.
Requirements:
* A qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Ireland.
* a minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing (property law)and probate(wills).
