Role Overview:
We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a strong eye for detail, excellent cooking skills, and a thorough understanding of HACCP and food safety standards. The right candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and wider team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised section in line with HACCP requirements
* Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations
* Ensure consistency in presentation, taste and portion control
* Contribute to a positive, motivated and professional kitchen environment
* Assist in stock control, ordering and minimising waste
* Be flexible and proactive within a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen best practices
* Passion for food, creativity and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
* Team player with good communication skills
* Flexibility and strong work ethic
