Senior Process Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Process Optimization Specialist to support our high-performing manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This role focuses on process improvement, technical problem-solving and supporting product transfers across key value streams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day process engineering support within manufacturing operations.
2. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and increase OEE.
3. Investigate and resolve technical issues, supporting CAPA and change control processes.
4. Support projects including process optimization, technology improvements, troubleshooting using analytical methods.
The Maintain GMP compliance task includes documentation updates that require experience in CI tools with strong project management skills for success in this role doing capability analysis etc., communicating clearly cross-functionally .
