About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
* Lead by example in maintaining exceptional food presentation and service standards.
* Support kitchen operations and team members in their duties.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menu creation and innovation.
* Manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, HACCP, ordering, and GP.
