Auto Boland is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a HR professional with 3 to 4 years' experience who enjoys supporting employees, managers, and a positive workplace culture. You will work with internationally recognised automotive brands including Volvo, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, and BYD.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and probation processes.
Assist with investigations, documentation, and maintaining HR compliance records.
Maintain accurate employee records on BrightHR, Blip, or similar HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, WRC requirements, and audits.
Monitor absence management and coordinate employee appraisals.
Organise training programmes and track certifications.
Support Health & Safety administration, including audits and workwear management.
Review and update HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
3-4 years' HR experience.
Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
Experience with employee relations, audits, absence, probation, and performance management.
Experience using HRIS systems.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
