Job Description
This position offers an opportunity to lead tours of a historic windmill and its model railway. The role includes welcoming visitors, providing background information, ensuring safety, managing ticketing and visitor flow, and maintaining a clean environment.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and provide a brief introduction to the windmill and its history.
Lead guided tours through the windmill, exhibition areas, and model railway.
Provide information about the model railway and its connection to local transport and history.
Answer visitor questions and provide additional information.
Ensure visitor safety and follow site guidelines during tours.
Assist with ticketing, visitor flow, and general customer service.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
