 
        We are currently hiring for an 2 Administrative Specialists to join the Enterprise Meeting Services team in a pharmaceutical company. This is a multilingual role that requires successful candidates to be fluent in English and either German or Italian. You will also have excellent administrative skills.This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure smooth contract management, compliance, finance and reporting. You will have excellent customer service skills and will deal with internal and external stakeholders.Contract Length:12 monthsLocation:Little Island, CorkWorking Model:Hybrid - 50% in office / 50% working from homeLanguage Requirements:English + Either German or ItalianKey Responsibilities:You will be the go to person for information requests for Contracting to Pay queries from External HCPs and internal business partnersProviding an excellent customer experience through coordination and executive of contract to pay processes in a compliance mannerEnsuring swift resolutions in accordance with compliance KPISEnsuring compliance with data captures and maintaining accurate recordsMonitoring the daily operational dashboardsSupporting global teams with EMS projectsProviding adhoc administrative supportKey Requirements:You will have 3-4 years experience in a customer facing role with compliance skillsBachelors degree or equivalent experienceFluency in English and German/Italian is essential - additional languages would be advantageousPrior experience using MS Office, Salesforce or SAPExperience with contracting systems would be advantageousTeam player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyse a problem and generate a solutionFull working authorisation in IrelandIf you are interested in hearing more about this great opportunity, then don't hesitate to apply today
