The firm will also consider a senior associate looking for reduced working hours or additionally a Partner looking to make a move to a bigger international firm or a senior associate looking for a path to partnership. The Role You will work closely with the Head of Employment Law in Ireland and be an integral part of the International Employment Group. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of employment law matters, including: Advising on complex employment and labour law issues Supporting corporate transactions from an employment law perspective Handling employment litigation before the Workplace Relations Commission and Irish courts Coordinating cross-border projects, including restructuring and compliance Advising on workplace policies, incentives, terminations, investigations, and performance management This is a key hire, reflecting the firm's continued growth in Dublin and across its international platform.
