HireForce has a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join an Irish SME. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring financial health and stability, and supporting strategic decision-making. They will also manage the day-to-day financial operations such as AP, AR, payroll, and management accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily financial operations Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. Provide financial advice and guidance to support decision-making processes. Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure efficient operations. Review and improve existing financial systems and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Requirements: Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). 2-5 years experience in a similar role. Remuneration Salary up to €80,000 depending on experience, pension, and healthcare.
