Property Administrator We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to join our property management client based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. This role would ideally suit someone with a strong customer service and administration background who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will be confident interacting professionally with customers, providing effective solutions to queries, and supporting the wider property management team. Experience within property services or a related sector is an advantage but not essential. Salary & Benefits: €32,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Car Park 20 days Annual Leave Canteen Responsibilities: Managing the switchboard and directing calls appropriately Sorting and distributing post to staff and clients Ordering, issuing and managing keys for developments Ordering and managing office stationery for all departments Managing common areas, ensuring the boardroom, kitchenettes and bathrooms are fully stocked Liaising with customers on all aspects of customer service and resolving queries effectively Logging service requests and arranging call-outs for support contractors Providing administrative support to assigned Property Managers and Property Administrators General administrative duties including preparation of newsletters, notices, meeting minutes and issuing receipts Assisting with preparation for meetings in conjunction with the assigned Portfolio Manager and Property Administrator Attending meetings to provide administrative support when required Liaising with committees/directors regarding developments, under instruction Carrying out additional ad hoc administrative duties as required Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-focused administrative role Previous experience in a property-related role is a distinct advantage Proven ability to work in a busy office environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills in English For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Grainne ODonnell or call Osborne Recruitment on If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided Please submit your updated CV in Word Format If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
