Cpl HR recruitment are looking to support a large technology client with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner to support a fast paced, busy business unit. Supporting some well known companies, this role will support a head count of approximately, in a full HR partner capacity.
Role and responsibilities will include:
1. Partner with the wider business to ensure a collaborative, people focus and approach
2. Manage all employee relations issues appropriately and efficiently
3. Support the business with various HR projects with the wider HR team
4. Ensure a strong culture is a key priority at all times
5. Be a key driver in areas of development, retainment, succession planning and employee engagement
Skills and experience required:
6. Previous HR Business Partner experience in a busy environment
7. Experience in Irish employment law is essential
8. Qualification in HR or other related subject, CIPD qualification would be an advantage
9. Have the ability to work both strategically and operationally
10. Strong ER exposure will be required
11. Be a strong communicator in a high demanding space
12. Be ready to roll your sleeves up
