About the Role
As an Agency Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Agency Account and Partner Managers, supporting digital agencies and their advertisers to grow and succeed.
You'll play a key role in driving revenue, improving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role where coaching, strategy, and operational excellence come together.
You'll be responsible not only for team performance, but also for shaping processes, identifying growth opportunities, and building a best-in-class sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
Drive team performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and service level agreements
Identify and remove barriers to improve productivity and results
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven team culture
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
Ensure excellence in sales execution and account management quality
Support hiring and development of top talent within the team
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and customer experience
What we look for:
Native-level Dutch fluency
Proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role
Strong understanding of the digital marketing and agency landscape
Track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing teams
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in recruitment and talent development
What we offer:
Salary: €54,000 base + 20%-40%
1 year contract (With option of extension)
