Job Title: Key Account Business Leader
This is a full-time, permanent office-based position responsible for leading branch operations, driving business growth, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales office, ensuring both team and individual sales targets are achieved.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of sales executives, sales advisors, and a sales development coordinator through effective coaching and performance management.
* Set clear sales targets and fairly allocate customer segments to maximise team success and motivation.
* Oversee the full sales process including prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups, renewals, and referrals to drive business growth.
* Promote a strong customer-first culture by ensuring all interactions are handled professionally, fairly, and in line with complaints procedures.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customer groups across relevant business sectors to support growth and retention.
* Collaborate with other branches and support regional objectives by sharing resources and best practices.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and compliance requirements, and ensure team adherence to all procedures and standards.
Requirements:
* A CIP qualification is essential for this role.
* Strong track record in sales, building client relationships, and helping grow business.
* Experienced in leading teams, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
* Good understanding of how to find leads, manage time and territory, and turn opportunities into results.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, policy systems, e-learning tools, and reporting on sales activity.
* Great at communicating and networking.
* A full clean driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
