Due to current growth levels the firm is seeking to recruit a second Corporate Finance Partner, based in its Midwest office, with national presence.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile mid-market transactions across a range of sectors.
You will advise business owners, corporate executives and private equity investors, gaining exposure to complex deal negotiations, financial analysis, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on their clients' success and the firms own growth.
As a Partner in their Corporate Finance Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in driving service delivery, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members.
Your expertise in the Corporate Finance landscape will be essential as you guide clients through complex transactions while helping to expand the firms business presence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of Deal Advisory, Valuations or Modelling client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth commercial analyses and prepare detailed models to support transaction decisions.
Develop high-quality presentations and materials to communicate transaction strategies effectively.
Be the primary contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, nurturing relationships for repeat business.
Drive initiatives for business development, identifying new clients and opportunities within designated sectors.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements: Typically, 6+ years of manager or director-level experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
Midwest-based (as the corporate finance office is based in the Midwest ) Proven track record of successfully overseeing corporate finance assignments, from inception to completion.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience mentoring staff and leading project teams.
