Job Title: Process Engineering Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineering Manager to lead our Commissioning and Qualification (CQV) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of CQV plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate CQV activities on site, as directed and appropriate.
* Prepare CQV plans in line with client strategic goals and ensure timely delivery.
* Develop and execute Commissioning & Qualification lifecycle protocols as per project requirements.
* Lead and support System Acceptance Tests (SATs).
* Support and represent the technical quality team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, and audits.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Level 8 qualification in Engineering.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in CQV, with at least 1 major capital project completed.
* Proven experience of carrying out commissioning and qualification activities on multiple projects in the fine chemicals industry.
* Technical competence, ability to work efficiently and safely.
* Good time management skills and self-starter attitude.
