Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies and inventory, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment and facilities
* Provide administrative support when requested
* Serve as first point of contact for customers, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences
* Celebrate customer service excellence by handling administration & coordinating with customers regarding their queries
* Coordinate collections & deliveries daily in collaboration with drivers throughout the organization.
* Process invoices on request from management department members to ensure accurate accounting procedures that meet financial regulations.
