**Job Title:** Finance Support Specialist
Salary and Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling financial administration tasks.
* Actively participating in the monthly management accounts process, including journal entries.
* Reviewing sales reports before submission.
* Setting up and managing daily and weekly sales records.
* Creating payment templates and processing payments through the banking system as needed.
* Issuing cheques and recording transaction details.
* Generating manual invoices upon request and maintaining the manual invoice register.
* Performing monthly reconciliations of control accounts, including bank reconciliations.
* Regularly communicating with branch administrators.
Additional duties may be assigned as required. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A third-level qualification in a relevant field (desirable).
* TSS administration experience (desirable).
* At least two years' experience in a finance-related role.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
