Job Description

As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial control and planning of our fleet operations. You will work closely with our treasury team to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting, as well as managing cash flow and optimizing vehicle utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Control: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and controls to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
\
2. Treasury Management: Collaborate with our treasury team to manage cash flow, optimize investment strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
\
3. Fleet Optimization: Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
\
4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.

5. Compliance: Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with financial planning and budgeting, as well as knowledge of financial software and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on fleet management or similar industry.

\

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\

Software: Proficient in financial software and systems, including Excel, SAP, or similar.
