The role of a renewable energy recruiter in Ireland involves identifying and presenting candidates for mid to senior level positions spanning diverse industries.
 * Researching and utilizing a variety of tools to attract candidates, such as recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, and advertising resources.
 * Effectively managing client and candidate relationships through timely, professional, and responsive interactions.
 * Creating and updating progress reports to track research and recruitment processes.
 * Attending meetings with clients, creating proposals, and supporting RFI and RFP documents.
The ideal candidate will possess:
 * At least 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, including job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
 * Experience with various sourcing methodologies, including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, and more.
 * Ability to interact effectively with clients and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
 * Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
 * Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for growth and expansion.
 * Capacity to work independently, as part of a team, or manage international offices and consultants.
 * Fluent English language skills.
