The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), performing cost planning, preparing detailed cost reports, and ensuring effective cost management throughout different project phases. The role involves working collaboratively with clients and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Control and Cost ManagementExperience in preparing BOQ and conducting Cost PlanningAbility to produce detailed Cost ReportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingRelevant professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related fieldMembership or eligibility for membership with a professional body such as the SCSI or RICS is an advantage
