Job Description:
We're hiring aSales Administratorto support a growing food trading team.
You'll support sales, logistics, and operations.
You'll manage orders, paperwork, and day-to-day coordination.
This role suits someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a busy environment.
What you'll do
Process sales orders
Update customer and product data
Support the sales team with queries
Issue order confirmations and documents
Logistics
Coordinate deliveries with hauliers and freight partners
Track shipments and delivery dates
Resolve delays and issues
Customs and paperwork
Prepare customs and export documents
Support health certificates and compliance paperwork
Check invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
Operations
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance
Support stock movements and reconciliations
Keep records accurate and up to date
About you
Experience in sales admin, logistics, or supply chain
Food or FMCG experience is useful
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with paperwork and deadlines
Good Excel and system skills
