Project Lead
This is a unique opportunity to take on the role of Project Lead and play a key part in the delivery of a high-profile project. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Leadership & Performance Management: Oversee the planning, delivery, implementation, and maintenance of our Case Management System.
* Develop a comprehensive project plan for the new system, ensuring it stays on track, meets required standards, and achieves its desired outcomes.
* Empower team members to take ownership of their work, promoting personal development and collaboration through knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
* Safely migrate data from existing systems into the new case management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement standardised IT service management processes for Problem Management, Change Control, Asset Management, and Database Management, integrating with existing solutions.
* Build a consolidated corporate system, streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and boosting productivity.
* Establish clear structures for reporting project plans, timelines, budgets, and monitoring progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative capacity within the Public Sector or a relevant environment.
* Proven project management experience, with a strong understanding of IT systems and services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and team members.
