An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and optimise all revenue-generating activities across the utilities, renewables, critical infrastructure, and government sectors. Location: Dunboyne, Co: Meath Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Lead and mentor Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Marketing/Bid teams. Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and optimise customer acquisition. Champion a customer-first approach to enhance satisfaction and long-term retention. Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue performance tracking. Maintain and deliver on an individual sales target. About You; You're a proven commercial leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results. You'll bring strategic insight, financial literacy, and the ability to drive growth through innovation and execution. Essential Requirements: Minimum 6 years' experience in a senior sales or revenue leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing sales and growth strategies. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA desirable). Experience in utilities, renewables, or industrial technology sectors advantageous. Familiarity with OT, SCADA, or telemetry systems a plus (not essential).
