Responsibilities
Work as a Cook / Kitchen Assistant in Ballyfermot from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Prepare, cook and deliver meals to the 4 children’s rooms in a timely manner.
Ensure that only quality, safe ingredients are used for cooking.
Adhere to the HSE Food & Nutrition Guidelines when preparing and cooking meals for the children.
Work at all times within the guidelines of HACCP.
Keep the kitchen and store room tidy and hygienically clean.
Maintain food levels with the team and keep inventory accurate.
Qualifications
No experience necessary; relevant training will be provided. Applicants should be able to work as part of a two‑person kitchen team.
