Parts Coordinator Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the Parts and Warehouse function in supplying parts to the Workshop, enhancing working efficiencies and Customer Service Levels. The successful candidate will proactively plan and communicate with the Service Team on Workshop repairs.
* Provide a timely delivery process of all workshop repairs (planned/unplanned), liaising with workshop personnel as required.
* Perform routine checks for parts supply on all workshop jobs.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:
Vehicle Delivery: Provide timely delivery of vehicle components relevant to job cards in an efficient manner.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate provision of non-Volvo items following best practices established within our company.
Prioritize planning using logistics resources including managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Certify accurate documentation from different users before they are finalized by admin team members
