We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications and Contact Center Consultant
This is a long-term day rate contract opportunity for a senior professional with expertise in modern Call Center & Contact Center systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of environment and integration, as well as excellent knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of modern Call Center & Contact Center systems
- Advanced understanding of IVR technology and platforms such as Call Center System, Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco
- Familiarity with contact center environments and Concentrix EVIP applications
- Technical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications, Oracle, and .NET based GUI applications
- Certificates in IVR technologies or platforms preferred
