Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Technician to join our organization. The successful candidate will provide technical support to equipment engineers for the improvement, installation, validation and transfer of replicate custom automated equipment used in the scale-up of manufacturing for existing or new products.

This is a challenging opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy equipment while working with outside suppliers to meet specifications and timelines. Your duties will include:

* Testing and troubleshooting functions using schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans.
* Operating, testing, or maintaining robotic equipment and vision systems.
* Analyzing and recording test results, and preparing written documentation.
* Performing operational tests and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 6/7 qualification and a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience. You should have knowledge and experience with PLC and Automated production/process equipment, Pneumatics, Electro/Mechanical systems and Packaging equipment. Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication and personal interaction skills are essential.
