We are seeking an accomplished Employment Partner to lead our employment practice in Dublin. As a seasoned lawyer with leadership qualities, you will take charge of this practice and drive its growth.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with proven experience as an Employment Partner. You will have specific expertise in employment matters, ideally with both non-contentious and contentious experience. You will have an expert view on the employment law landscape and enjoy working as part of a collegiate team, nurturing a great working culture and atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-quality commercial and corporate matters end-to-end
* Draft and review agreements including leases, shareholder agreements, service contracts, and T&Cs
* Advise clients on governance, structuring, capital raising, and risk
* Support and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
* Help foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
Requirements
* At least 3-5 years PQE in Corporate Law
* Technically strong lawyer with a keen interest in Knowledge and continuous development
* Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to deal with all levels
* Forward-thinking, open to innovation and new ideas
