Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible all Admin tasks in the business including Goods in matching, manual dockets, event uploader, freight costings, AP variances. Candidate will be required to manage Auction Material Stock and Reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Main Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
* Recording of daily auction material transactions
* Management of daily and weekly auction material reconciliations
* Management of records relating to auction material in transit to & from Ireland
* Management of billing/contras for all auction material on deposits
* Issue of weekly auction material statements to customers and suppliers
* Management of any cash receipts
* Preparation of Weekly Cash Sales & Telesales Reconciliation
* Management and recording of PODs and chasing outstanding PODs
* Input of Sales orders to KBS
* Amending orders as required
* Responsibility for events sales order uploader
* Ordering stationary, canteen and other sundry suppliers
* Distribution of freight costs to purchase orders
* Daily matching of Goods in invoices
* Participation of KBS related projects such as Sales App etc
* Work with accounts payable on any price/quantity discrepancies
* Ensuring all goods in are booked and matched before close off each week
* Cross train on customer & supplier pricelists to cover annual leave
* Other Ad Hoc admin as required on a daily and weekly basis
* Assist with Better Ways and automation projects in the business
* Concur Invoice Approvals
Key Skills
Person Specification:
* Very strong attention to detail
* Highly organised, ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to communicate well with people across all departments
* Previous experience in a FMCG sector Industry would be an advantage
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Flexibility in working hours required particularly around peaks
Core Competencies
* Ability to manage time and perform to strict deadlines.
* Possess the ability to perform to a high standard in a demanding environment.
* Team work capability is a must.
* Advanced IT skills required (Advanced Excel Skills Essential).
