The firm advises a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, private groups, and international clients, delivering end-to-end support across M&A, debt advisory, valuations, and strategic transactions. The Role As Corporate Finance Manager, youll play a key role in leading transactions and shaping the continued growth of the team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, debt advisory projects, and corporate restructurings from start to finish Producing and reviewing financial models, valuations, and transaction analysis across a range of sectors Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading meetings, managing expectations, and supporting negotiations Leading, coaching, and developing a team of newly-qualified and part-qualified professionals Working closely with Partners to originate new work, support proposals, and grow existing client relationships Preparing and presenting high-quality reports, investment papers, and transaction documentation Managing WIP and billing, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and adherence to internal controls Why Consider This Opportunity?
