We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to clients by phone and email.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert advice to clients on the most suitable training options
* Sending course details, prices, and booking information
* Managing bookings and updating internal systems
* Following up on quotes and checking in with clients
* Buidling long-term client relationships through strong communication skills
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of experience in an office, customer service or admin role. You should be confident and professional when interacting with clients over the phone or via email.
You will also need to possess excellent organisational skills including attention to detail, time management abilities, and proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
