With the addition of our new R&R Brasserie and R&R Garden Spa, we continue to grow and deliver memorable guest experiences.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at weekends. The successful candidate will take responsibility for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast service for our hotel guests, ensuring consistency, freshness, and excellent presentation at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold breakfast items to a high standard.Ensure all dishes are served on time and meet the hotel's quality expectations.Manage breakfast service efficiently, maintaining smooth kitchen operations.Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide excellent guest experiences.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and hotel policies.Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising food waste.Flexibility to assist with other kitchen duties as required.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, or similar role (hotel experience desirable).Strong cooking skills with the ability to work independently.Excellent time management and organisational abilities.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.Availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings, with some flexibility for holiday cover.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate (dependent on experience).Meals on duty.Supportive and friendly working environment.Opportunity to be part of a growing 4-star hotel team with career progression potential.Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 16 per weekLanguage:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
